Circuit Court vs Lower Courts

Calhoun County Case Flow

Calhoun Court Record Divisions
Common Pleas is the civil division of Circuit Court. It includes lawsuits, judgments, lis pendens, transcript of judgment filings, settlement orders, notices of appeal, and related civil pleadings. Family Court is a separate trial court category.
